I have had a background in fitness pretty much my whole adult life. I danced when I was young but gave that up when I was 15. I have always had good flexibility because of this (not excellent). I have never been able to do the splits or many things I can do now. I also do personal training and have a passion in fitness as well. Putting that aside, the most important aspect of yoga and fitness that I find has made a huge impact is the mental aspect.

I tried my first yoga class when I was 16, wasn't a big fan. I then decided, as my mum would go to a class every Wednesday, that I would join her. That was me, hooked. I went every Wednesday and decided that I wanted to know more about Yoga and the history behind it. I thought the best thing to do is my 200hr Teacher Training. That was the best decision I ever made. I was introduced to the most amazing school, Seasonal Yoga. I have now finished my 300hr Teacher Training, Seasonal advanced course, Seasonal Yin course and Aerial yoga course

I want to teach and train others in what I have found to be the greatest gift. I want to help others with their health and wellbeing whether that be physically or mentally. I am walking proof that it may not be for you to begin with but keep going and the most amazing things will begin to happen. Better moods, patience, aches and pains will start to deteriorate, you will feel the best you have ever felt and most importantly you will learn how to control your mental state. Join me on this Journey, I promise you it will be worth it.
