Jennifer Hebenton

Yoga Teacher

Yoga has truly been the greatest gift in my life, and now my purpose is to share that gift with others. I’m a passionate Yoga Teacher and Somatic Therapist here at Westbourne Medical Studios, offering a compassionate and personalised approach to movement, breath, and nervous system health.

Alongside my yoga teaching, I specialise in one-to-one, evidence-based somatic therapies for stress management. My sessions blend somatic breathwork, gentle movement, and integration techniques to help release stored tension, regulate the nervous system, and create lasting emotional and physical resilience. This body-first approach is particularly supportive for anyone dealing with chronic stress, burnout, or nervous system dysregulation.

My journey with yoga didn’t start perfectly—at first, I wasn’t sure it was for me. But over time, everything shifted. I felt calmer, more patient, and physically lighter. I learned how to manage my mental state in a way that felt empowering and sustainable. That transformation is what drives me to help others feel more at home in their bodies and more in control of their wellbeing.

Whether you’re brand new to yoga or seeking deeper support for stress and overwhelm, I offer a safe, non-judgemental space where you can move at your own pace. My teaching style is grounded in empathy, encouragement, and practicality—no pressure to perform, just an invitation to reconnect with yourself.
