Professional Health Well-being & lifestyle Coach
I’m a certified Professional Health and Wellbeing Coach, and my mission is to support people in transforming their health—physically, mentally, and emotionally—by starting with one of the most powerful tools we all have: our lifestyle choices.
With training in both health coaching and Lifestyle Medicine, I work 1:1 with clients to create personalised, practical pathways to better health. Whether you're struggling with stress, low energy, emotional eating, poor sleep, or chronic conditions linked to lifestyle, I can help you take control and move forward with clarity and confidence. My approach blends positive psychology, motivational interviewing, and the science of behaviour change—supporting you to build habits that last.
I’m also a trained Mindful Eating Coach, offering compassionate support to those who feel stuck in cycles of emotional or binge eating. Together, we’ll work on healing your relationship with food and reconnecting you with your body’s natural wisdom—free from guilt, shame, or dieting pressure.
In addition to coaching, I teach Essentrics® Movement, a full-body technique that combines strength, flexibility, and mobility in one flowing, pain-free practice. Drawing on tai chi, ballet, and physiotherapy principles, Essentrics® supports greater ease of movement, muscle balance, and joint health. I offer group classes focused on both pain relief and improving strength and endurance.
I work exclusively one-to-one for coaching to ensure truly bespoke support. Whether your goal is long-term wellness, a more peaceful relationship with food, or simply to move better and feel better—I’d be honoured to support you on your journey.
