Westbourne Medical Studios is proud to offer immersive massage training rooted in traditional healing systems and delivered with compassion, depth, and authenticity. Our training courses are open to anyone with a deep interest in holistic wellbeing—whether you're starting your journey or expanding your existing practice.

All massage training is led by an experienced therapist and Ayurvedic practitioner with over 20 years of study in India, including formal training with Ayurvedic doctors and yoga scientists at the Kaivalyadhama Research Institute and the Ayurvedic Institute in London. Each course is delivered in its undiluted, traditional form—providing an enriching experience for both personal and professional development.

Indian Head Massage – Certified Course
Learn the full Shiro Abhyanga (Indian Head Massage) sequence in this 2-day hands-on training. Covering the shoulders, arms, neck, scalp and face, this deeply grounding therapy is taught alongside Ayurvedic principles, oil use, and diagnostic understanding of the Doshas.
Accredited by the CMA (Complementary Medical Association).
No prior massage experience required.

Abhyanga Full Body Ayurvedic Massage – Certified Course
A powerful 2-day course in traditional full-body Ayurvedic massage. Learn the complete Abhyanga sequence along with in-depth understanding of Ayurveda, the Doshas, and therapeutic oil application. Ideal for those seeking to work with the body and mind through ancient healing traditions.
Includes theoretical grounding and 4 post-course case studies for certification.
