Over 13 years ago, I experienced a truly empowering hypnobirth that changed the way I viewed the mind-body connection—and inspired me to train in Natal Hypnotherapy. That journey led me to study the wider applications of hypnotherapy, and I went on to earn a Diploma in Clinical Hypnotherapy and an Advanced Certificate in Hypnosis for Behavioural Change.
Since qualifying, I’ve supported clients across a broad range of emotional and behavioural concerns, including during my time at a busy psychology and counselling clinic in Singapore. Now based in the UK, I continue to work with individuals and couples on everything from anxiety and low mood to fertility, birth preparation, and trauma recovery.
I have a particular interest in maternal health and frequently support those navigating unexplained infertility, IVF journeys, birth preparation, or postnatal trauma. Whatever the focus, my priority is creating a safe, supportive space where you feel seen, heard, and ready to move forward.
Each session is tailored to you, drawing from the latest neuroscience and therapeutic techniques. Alongside hypnotherapy, I’m also a certified Havening Practitioner and mBIT Professional Coach—modalities that blend modern research with timeless wisdom to help rewire limiting beliefs and unlock positive change.
