I’m Tina Simpson, a holistic therapist, skincare specialist, and coach with a passion for helping people achieve balance, healing, and well-being. My approach is all about supporting both the body and mind, offering therapies that nurture physical and emotional health while empowering you to step into a more balanced and thriving life.
With a background in beauty and holistic therapies, I offer a range of treatments, including Reiki, massage, EFT, and holistic facials, all tailored to meet your unique needs. I believe in the body's innate ability to heal when given the right environment and support, which is why my work is grounded in mindfulness, compassion, and a deep understanding of the mind-body connection.
In addition to hands-on therapies, I provide coaching to help you unlock your full potential, overcome challenges, and cultivate a positive, resilient mindset. My goal is to guide you toward greater self-awareness, emotional healing, and personal transformation.
I’m also the creator of my own plant-based skincare line, carefully formulated with natural, non-toxic ingredients to nourish and heal the skin. Skincare is more than just an external routine—it’s an extension of self-care and well-being.
Having worked with patients undergoing medical treatments, I understand the importance of gentleness and care in the healing process. Siobhan Fitzgerald
Yoga Therapist & Ayurvedic Consultant
I’ve spent the past 35 years working in integrative care, with a deep-rooted passion for Ayurveda and Yoga Therapy. My own healing journey through these practices was so transformative that I felt compelled to share them with others. I truly believe in the body’s ability to heal and thrive when given the right tools—and my role is to help guide that process.
My approach is entirely personalised. Using Ayurvedic principles, I work with you to understand your unique constitution and develop a lifestyle and nutrition plan that suits your body type. I also prescribe breathwork (pranayama) and therapeutic yoga tailored to your needs—whether you’re managing stress, anxiety, low mood, back pain, high blood pressure, or other physical or emotional imbalances. My focus is always on finding the root cause, not just treating symptoms.
For the past 20 years, I’ve been honoured to study and work with a respected research institute in India. I’m currently the only person in the UK to have undergone such an extensive training programme, learning directly from Ayurvedic doctors, surgeons, breath masters, neurologists, and philosophers. This rich fusion of knowledge deeply informs the work I do.
I’m also the author of Breath Code, a guide to unlocking energy and emotion from within through breath and movement.
At Westbourne, I offer morning ritual classes in Yoga Therapy and Breathwork, as well as accredited Yoga Therapy Teacher Training programmes (800 hours starting in May, and 300 hours in September). I look forward to supporting you on your journey to balance, strength, and inner calm.

During your consultation, we assess your Dosha—your inherent body type—using specialist diagnostic techniques. From there, we create a bespoke wellness programme tailored specifically to your needs. This may include guidance on food combining for your constitution, herbal oils, breathwork, yoga therapy, lifestyle changes, meditation, and even sound or mantra.
