Just like that summer is over and the leaves are turning but I was delighted to find these delicious plums in my garden which reminded me there is something wonderful to be had from every season.  I love all the colours at this time of year.  In my vegetable box this week were some beautiful borlotti beans which are the inspiration for this month’s recipe.
