What is Nervana Release?

Nervana Release is a one-to-one nervous system regulation treatment, combining breathwork, assisted stretching, and therapeutic touch. It’s designed for anyone experiencing the physical and mental effects of a dysregulated nervous system, chronic tension, fatigue, anxiety, poor sleep, or a body that feels like it’s stuck in “on.”

Rather than working around symptoms, Nervana Release works directly with the nervous system itself, helping it move out of fight-or-flight and into a state where the body can actually rest, repair, and reset.

Each session is tailored to you. Depending on what your body needs, a treatment may include:

• Breathwork,  guided breathing techniques to shift the nervous system out of a stress response

• Assisted stretching,  passive, supported stretches that release held tension without requiring effort from you

• Therapeutic touch,  hands-on techniques, including massage and pressure point work, to support the body’s natural regulation process

Sessions are calm, unhurried, and led entirely by what comes up for you on the day.

It’s common to feel a range of things after a Nervana Release session, all of which are a normal part of the nervous system processing and settling:

• Deep relaxation or tiredness, your body may want to rest; listen to that

• Emotional release, shifts in the nervous system can bring emotions to the surface; this is a healthy sign of release, not something to be concerned about

• Increased awareness of tension patterns, you may notice areas of your body differently in the days following

• Improved sleep,  many people notice better sleep in the 24–48 hours after a session

• Drink plenty of water

• Avoid strenuous exercise for the rest of the day

• Give yourself permission to rest if you need to

• Notice how you feel without judgement everybody responds differently
