We take an integrative approach to foot health, recognising that your feet are connected to the way your whole body moves. Alongside podiatry, we offer complementary treatments including Vibrational Therapy, Universal Reflexology and Kinetic Chain Release, supporting relaxation, movement and overall wellbeing.

At Westbourne Medical Studios, our Emotional Healing sessions offer a deeply therapeutic approach to understanding how unresolved emotions and past trauma can manifest physically in the body. It is now widely recognised that emotional stress plays a significant role in the onset and progression of many health conditions.

This calming, one-to-one session takes place on the treatment couch, where we gently explore the emotional roots of physical or psychological discomfort. Guided by an experienced practitioner, you’ll be supported in identifying and releasing stored emotional energy—helping to create space for recovery, resilience, and restored balance.

Emotional Healing is ideal for those who feel "stuck," overwhelmed, or affected by past experiences they haven’t yet been able to process. It’s a safe, respectful space to reconnect with yourself, relieve internal tension, and support whole-person wellbeing—body, mind, and spirit.

Havening is a gentle, neuroscience-based technique designed to help release emotional distress, reduce anxiety, and support healing from trauma. At Westbourne Medical Studios, we offer Havening as part of our holistic approach to emotional wellbeing—providing a calm and supportive environment where lasting change can take place.

Using soothing touch combined with guided visualisation and calming techniques, Havening helps to de-link emotional responses from distressing memories stored in the brain. This can be particularly beneficial for individuals dealing with anxiety, phobias, stress, or the lingering impact of traumatic events.
