I am a Clinical Hypnotherapist with many years’ experience working in the Education sector, NHS the Private sector and Charities. I have also lectured at Strathclyde University, Glasgow and provided supervision to students of Clinical hypnotherapy through the University of West London. I am passionate about empowering individuals to enhance the quality of their life and be able to live fully in each day, without allowing the past or future to dull the experience of the here and now.

In my Clinical Hypnotherapy sessions, I use techniques from the modalities of CBT, Counselling, Stress Management and Hypnosis to provide sessions tailored to each individual and their needs. The areas I specialise in are; life transitions such as after an illness diagnosis, menopause, Anxiety/stress, Panic attacks, Weight Loss, depression and Chronic Fatigue. I have worked for Cancer Support Scotland Charity, local universities/ colleges and The Marie Curie Hospice providing Hypnotherapy, Stress Management and Laughter Yoga. I am currently also working for the Erskine Charity providing these services to veterans with PTSD.
However, I also now have the privilege of working with individuals here in the tranquility of Westbourne House.
My Mantra is look for the little Good Moments in each day.Namaste.
