Dr Manjul Medhi
Consultant Physician and Infectious Diseases Specialist
( MBCHB MRCP DTM&H )
I am a specialist Consultant in Infectious Diseases and General Medicine with 19 years’ experience as an NHS team.
I believe in the art of history taking as being the key to quality health consultations. I believe that holistic assessment and care are key to the best health outcomes. I graduated from Edinburgh University and have trained in infection departments in London, Liverpool, Manchester, Newcastle, Aberdeen, and Dumfries. Between 2017-August 2021, I helped set up and develop a brand-new Infectious Diseases department in Forth Valley Royal Hospital including a new OPAT service (outpatient intravenous antibiotic service), inpatient ward, outpatient clinics, and GP and inpatient referral service.
